You need to do this in a way that’s manageable & tailored to your current lifestyle. I will help you discover what a healthy lifestyle means to you.  

All nutrition and training programs are made custom to your current nutrition and fitness level.

You have your own unique needs and goals and I want to make fitness work for you, not the other way around. I will help provide you the necessary tools & support to help you achieve your goals! I write strength training programs tailored to your training experience & goals to help you achieve a body transformation you never thought possible.

About ME

My introduction to health & wellness began when I lost over 50lbs in 2010 with the help of an amazing personal trainer who taught me how to design a training program and the basics of nutrition. I competed in a Powerlifting Competition women’s 75kg weight class – placing 3rd place and lifting over 600 lbs (Squat – 225.9lbs; Bench press – 132.2lbs, Deadlift – 308.6lbs); completed 10 half marathons with a PR of 1 hr:46min, completed the Malibu Triathlon, and many other races (when I used to be a cardio bunny). My philosophy that keeps me motivated to continue to live a healthier lifestyle is remembering that: It’s a journey to find what works best for YOU & YOUR BODY……
